New Zealand Business Leaders Effectiveness 2019 - 2021: Blindspots Paper
For the past three years, we have been gathering data on leadership effectiveness across the private, state and local government sectors. Concerningly, the number of leadership blindspots in the private sector, as measured by specific questions, has grown by almost 50 per cent.
We take a deeper dive into these blindspots and highlight the areas where change must be made. Our aim is to provoke leaders into moving the dial in some critical areas.
